Your phone and email are not shown on a job. A sparky's contact details go to a job's poster when that sparky marks interest in the job. A poster's contact details go to a sparky only if the poster chooses to share them.

Verification helps reduce misuse and supports trust, but it does not remove the need for your own checks.
