Yes. SparkEZ is built around trade trust. Verify your account with your worker and contractor licences and your current public liability insurance, and we review them within 24 hours. You can browse nearby work and save draft jobs while you wait. Posting a job and marking interest need a verified account and SparkEZ Pro.
No. SparkEZ does not take a commission from your work and does not handle job payments on platform. The only cost is the SparkEZ Pro subscription, A$49.99/month once the launch offer ends.
SparkEZ checks the job's location against your work radius and your verified licences for that state. Accreditations a job asks for help it rank higher for you. Posters see only a coverage band (light, medium or high) for suitable sparkies nearby, never a list. A connection starts only when a sparky marks interest.
When you mark interest in a job, the person who posted it sees your profile and can call, text or email you straight away. We tell you that before you tap. If you post a job, sparkies see the job and not your contact details, unless you tap Share my details for a sparky who is interested. No other member sees your phone or email.
Your verified badge and a Verified by SparkEZ card listing your licences, public liability insurance and accreditations, each marked Active, Expiring soon or Expired. You can also add a logo or photo, your business name and ABN, years in the trade, a short about, up to three projects with photos, your website and how you like to be contacted. Link your Google Business listing to show your Google rating. The extras are optional, and we check photos before they show.
